Your reservation will become effective upon receipt of a deposit.

- 1 night deposit for a stay of 1 to 3 nights.

- 2 nights deposit for a stay of 4 to 7 nights.

- 3 nights deposit for a stay of 8 nights or more.

Methods of payment

- By bank transfer or cash.

 

Arrival / Departure

- Check-in times between 4pm and 7pm (in case of an early or late arrival, please contact us).

- Check-out before 11:30 am.

 

Cancellation

- The cancellation of a reservation will only become effective after confirmation by e-mail of its acceptance by Le Domaine de la Xavolière.

- If you need to cancel a reservation less than 15 days before the beginning of your stay, le Domaine de la Xavolière will keep your deposit and there will be no other compensation.

- In case of no-show on the date of the stay, 100% of the amount of the stay will be charged.

- In case of an interruption of the stay, 100% of the remaining amount of the stay will be charged.

 

Restrictions:

- For safety reasons, we only accept children from 12 years of age.

- Pets policy on request

- No smoking except in designated area in the garden (please ask for an ashtray).
